Returns Policy

If the product you ordered is not suitable we will provide a full refund or exchange if the goods are unused, not damaged and Pocket Ponies are able to resell.

All returns must be returned within 14 days from invoice date.

Please contact the office for a return authority number. 
Returns will not be accepted for refund without authorisation number.
We do not accept returned goods as COD freight.
Please include a copy of the invoice, all tags and packaging.
Freight is the responsibility of customer and is not refundable.

Exhanges will incur additional postage cost to re-send exhanged item 
 

Horse rugs returned must be unused, clean and not have any horse hair.
Please ensure you try your new rug on over a clean sheet.
There will be no refunds on made to measure items.
